claimed by Maryland, then embraced
all territory west of Northwest Fork.
Delaware obtained undisputed title in
1775, upon confirmation of Mason and
Dixon Line.
Marker is on Georgetown-Bridgeville Road (Delaware Route 404), on the right when traveling east.
