Old Florida Museum

This hands-on museum has exhibits and opportunities that allow guests to participate in daily living activities from pre-European times to the 1900s. The Spanish Fort Mose program includes candle making, rope making, colonial games, corn grinding, woodworking, and other activities common to daily life during the Spanish colonial period.

The Timucua Indian Program includes grinding corn and using Native American techniques for face painting and making dugout canoes, jewelry, and tools, and the Black Seminole Program is offered in January and February.
