Moore's Camp
Prior to the Battle of Moores Creek Bridge, forces of Gen. James Moore, Whig commander camped, Feb.15~21,1776, 1 ½ miles northeast.
Marker is at the intersection of North Carolina Route 87 and Butler Nursery Road, on the right when traveling south on State Route 87.
