Little Embarras River South of Oakland

about 1936. Donated to the City of Oakland

by the Curtis Family in memory of Walter A. and

Georgia (Swinford) Curtis.

Mill was in use about 1850.

Marker is on North Walnut Street north of West Main Street, on the right when traveling north.
