Grave of General Perry Benson
(1757–1827) A leader in his home community and State. In the Revolutionary War he served as a captain, and was wounded twice. In the War of 1812, he commanded the militia in Talbot, Caroline and Dorchester Counties.
Marker is on Station Road 0.3 miles south of Maryland Route 33, on the right when traveling north.
