May-Stringer House and Heritage Museum

Constructed in 1856, the May-Stringer House was the postwar residence of Frank E. Saxon who served in the Hernando Wildcats unit of the 3rd Florida Infantry and was badly wounded at the Battle of Perryville, Kentucky in October 1862.
